J.League 1 R3 – Cerezo vs Hiroshima Preview

Cerezo Osaka – Sanfrecce Hiroshima:

Cerezo haven’t looked as strong as expected so far, and it’s mainly been in attack they’ve struggled. They created very little vs both Kobe and Nagoya, and haven’t been able to get out the full potential from the lieks of Kakitani and Tokura just yet.

Hiroshima have also been bad, and their only goal so far in 4 competitive matches is the freakish volley-shot from Salomonsson in R1 vs Shimizu. They disgraced J.League by sending a pure b-squad to China for the ACL away-match vs Evergrande midweek, and they are not thought highly of atm cause of that.

With 2 teams that have struggled a lot with coming to chances this doesn’t exactly look like a goal-fest, and 8 of the last 9 matches between them have gone under 2,5. But with good strikers like Tokura and Patric most likely starting, it got potential for goals if the midfield can manage to link up with them.

Odds Info:
Hiroshima have been anything but impressive so far, and Cerezo DNB @ 1,83 (30 units) looks golden and is my favorite bet this round. I also like Under 2,5 @ 1,76 (20 units).
