Kawasaki Frontale – FC Tokyo:
Kawasaki Frontale have been by far the best team in the league the past 2 seasons, and if their performance vs Urawa in the Super Cup last weekend is anything to go by they will be extremely tough to beat this year too. ALthough they only won 1-0 they dominated most of the match, and there’s very few teams that can manage that against a strong opponent like Urawa.
Kawasaki are usually rock-solid at home, and last year they won 11 out of 17 home-matches. FC Tokyo on the other hand had 7-4-6 away last season which was exactly the same as their home-record. Tokyo actually won 2-0 in the same fixture last year (May), but I think Kawasaki will be better prepared this year and can’t see Tokyo have much of a chance of getting away with any points. I’m not sure Tokyo will be able to score and would normally fancy an under-bet, but the odds on the Totals seems more or less correct.

The market price on both the Totals and HCP is exactly the same as my own so no bets for me here.
