J.League 1 R31 – Shonan vs Shimizu Preview

Shonan Bellmare – Shimizu S-Pulse:

Shonan lost the postponed match vs Iwata earlier this week, but had a great run prior to that
with 7 matches in a row without defeat. The loss vs Iwata means they are still very much involved in the relegation-zone, and they will be looking for a strong result here.

Shimizu are one of the form teams of the league with 4-0-1 on their last 5 matches including wins vs strong teams like Hiroshima and Tokyo. They are probably a bit too far behind 3rd place to have a chance at ACL, but with still 12 points to play for its possible so they are likely to go for the win here.

That could mean we’ll get an open match where both teams will be aiming for the 3 points, so we might see some goals too.  Difficult to predict the winner but after a big move on Shimizu value is definitely on Shonan here, and it’s worth a shot to take the 1×2. Combined with an Over 2,25.   Could also be a good game for live betting.
