J.League 1 R7 – Kawasaki vs Cerezo Preview

Kawasaki Frontale – Cerezo Osaka:

Kawasaki’s form have taken a dip lately with 3 below-par performances in a row. Their efforts in ACL have also been disappointing and they don’t seem to be hitting on all sylinders here. They will most likely make some changes to their team here with key members being rested/benched so they look overall a bit weaker.

Cerezo got 2 straight wins now in the league but are not playing up to their full potential and still shows some defensive lapses from time to time.  They are a bit weakened in the middle with Kiyotake and Souza missing but can still field a fairly good team.

Kawasaki won 5-1 here last season but with team-news and current form I don’t agree on the price here and find some value in a 1×2 bet on Cerezo.
