J.League 1 R5 – Kashima vs Consadole Preview

Kashima Antlers – Consadole Sapporo:
Kashima’s start to the season have been adequate, especially considering they are participating in ACL as well where they have had lots of success so far. They currently got a bunch of players out with injuries, and look particularly weakened in defence.

Consadole got their first win of the season last round after a last-minute winner from their Thai playmaker Chanathip.  They have been playing well so far, and looks like one of the most entertaining teams in the league at the moment.  They get back their maestro in midfield Miyazawa for this one, which should be a boost.

Despite all the injuries of Kashima it’s hard to find value on Consadole here although I’m not ruling out an upset. The totals also look spot on.
